We will have several stages in its development:
Discovery of the sport, in ages from 4 to 6 years.
Development of capacities, in ages from 6 to 8 years.
Consolidation, at ages 8 to 10 years.
Specialization, from the age of 10.
We will work:
The coordination, both of movement with the racket, and of the movement they must make to get closer to a comfortable position to hit.
Movement speed and dexterity, with ladder exercises, withes, psychomotor skills and footwork.
Balance, where they will discover the importance of hitting their feet on the ground and maintaining a stable position.
You have to try to find the key to motivate the little ones and get them to have fun at all times while they learn.
In this book we present a series of exercises for children, from basic exercises without a paddle to work psychomotricity, to exercises in which the paddle is the basic element, with which you can schedule a class for children from 4 years old.
A simple introduction to paddle tennis so that the youngest of our classes have fun from the first moment and can enjoy their new sport.
