MERCEDES DE PRAT. POESÍA COMPLETA. Este volumen reúne por vez primera la poesía completa de Mercedes de Prat (1925-1997) en edición bilingüe: tanto sus composiciones y traducciones aparecidas en publicaciones periódicas como sus libros Poemes. Un lloc entremig (1982) y el inédito Eros pelegrí i dimonis familiars (1991), ambos ilustrados por grandes pintores. El primero lo vierte al castellano José Corredor-Matheos (Premio Nacional de Poesía) y el segundo, Cesáreo Rodríguez-Aguilera. Se incluye además su versión directa del alemán al español (realizada en 1949) de La canción de amor y muerte del corneta Cristóbal Rilke, de Rainer Maria Rilke, nunca antes publicada. La edición se acompaña de varias semblanzas y estudios críticos (a cargo de Cesáreo Rodríguez-Aguilera de Prat, José Ángel Marín, José Corredor-Matheos, Rafael Alarcón Sierra y José María Balcells), que ayudan a comprender quién fue Mercedes de Prat y cuál es el valor de su obra.

This volume brings together for the first time the complete poetry of Mercedes de Prat (1925-1997) in a bilingual edition: both her compositions and translations that appeared in periodicals and her books Poemes. Un lloc entremig (1982) and the unpublished Eros pelegrí i dimonis familiars (1991), both illustrated by great painters. The first is translated into Spanish by José Corredor-Matheos (winner of the National Poetry Prize) and the second by Cesáreo Rodríguez-Aguilera. It also includes her direct version from German into Spanish (written in 1949) of Rainer Maria Rilke's The Song of Love and Death of the Cornet Cristobal Rilke, by Rainer Maria Rilke, which has never been published before. The edition is accompanied by several profiles and critical studies (by Cesáreo Rodríguez-Aguilera de Prat, José Ángel Marín, José Corredor-Matheos, Rafael Alarcón Sierra and José María Balcells), which help us to understand who Mercedes de Prat was and the value of her work.
